Chase Kough

Chase graduated from Oral Roberts University receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with concentrated emphasis as an Exercise Specialist.  Chase received his training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and has had the privilege to be a strength and conditioning coach for 15 years working with professional world ranked water skiers, wake boarders, and 100-400 meter Olympic sprinter medalists that of which have represented 8 different countries. Chase specializes in the biomechanics of sport movements to enhance sport performance.  Chase has chosen to work at Life Center due to the incredible culture that is designed for all people to reach their best in a professional and inviting atmosphere.

Preston Ficquette graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Florida Southern College in December, 2014. He earned his CSCS through the NSCA and is the Owner/President of Jumpstart Performance Training in Clermont, FL. His passion is helping to develop youth and adult athlete populations reach their highest potential through strength and conditioning. He focuses on strength, power, speed, agility, and mobility improvements through individualized programs for each of his athletes specific needs.

Hey there!

I am Rebekah and I am super excited to be apart of the Life Center personal training team!

I am a ISSA certified personal trainer and NASM certified in Corrective Exercise and Exercise Therapy. 

I am a mommy of two and most recently trained to become a Pre and Post Natal Coach. 

I’m excited to help those ready to make a lifestyle change and reach your full potential!

Growing up as a multi-sport athlete I was impeded by frequent injuries and suboptimal training knowledge and experience in my community. Thinking there had to be a better way to building, training and preserving athletes and their health, it became my mission to find this better way or create one. Blessed by incredible mentors along the way and my continual quest to continue to learn, my passion and my mission field has become to help others enhance their performance, maximize their potential- growing in faith and fitness, together.

Michelle Stalcup

Hi! I’m Michelle. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. Weight loss and improving body composition has been my specialty since I began working with clients 5 years ago. During that time, I have refined my training style and programs to provide the best results, but most importantly— while having fun! I know how important it is to create enjoyable programs that challenge you while we work as a team to get you results. My program is specifically designed to help you develop awesome habits with both exercise and nutrition. 

Exercise isn’t just great for you and for creating an awesome body, it’s also they key to creating a happier and more optimistic mindset! The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing my clients transform mentally and physically with a newfound confidence after incorporating fitness into their lifestyle. Exercise is for everyone! I work with people every day that have past injuries, are rehabbing current injuries and/or that have general health conditions. My goal is to create a program that is individualized based on the needs of my clients, and to provide training that will never grow boring— I create programs that work for you!

 

Fiaz Hanif

Hello, my name is Fiaz Hanif, but you can call me Fee for short. I am a certified personal trainer working at the Life Center. I have my Bachelor's of Kinesiology from UCF. I have been certified with NASM for personal training and have spent the past 5 years working as a fitness professional. I love people and want to do my part to help as many as I can. I have experience with bodybuilding, sport specific training, weight loss for all demographics, and corrective exercise for those who may have posture issues or prior injuries. I wish to use my knowledge and experiences to help guide others to learn and grow.
